A.  Al and Kris Koelliker, father and son, began this business in 1984.   Koelliker's distinguishing mark in Dutchess County carpet/upholstery cleaning is...experience. 

Q.  Where is your office and plant space?

A.  Jeffwood Plaza, Hopewell Junction, across Route 82 from the Post Office.

Q.  What method of cleaning do you use?

A.  Whatever is appropriate for each individual job.  You'll find more detail on Our Methods page.

Q.  When you use truck-mount steam cleaning, what is the drying time?

A.  Carpets, 4 to 8 hours; upholstery, an hour or two.

Q.  How safe are your cleaning solutions?

A.  Completely non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Q.  What geographic area do you service? 

A.  From Cold Spring north to Hyde Park and from New Paltz east to Pawling.  Generally, within a 30-mile radius of Hopewell Junction.

Q.  How soon can I get an appointment, and what are your service hours?

A.   We can usually schedule you within a week, often within a few days, and sometimes on extremely short notice...give us a try.  We schedule appointments between 7 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays and evenings.
