Our minimum charge for any service call is $109.00.  The following prices are effective through...

                April 1, 2012:

 Two average-size rooms of carpet (approximately 300 sq ft) $109.00, minimal furniture moving.  Add $50.00 for each additional room or staircase.  There may be an additional charge for "special care" carpeting. 

Area rugs can be done in your home for approximately $109.00 for a 9' x 12'.  Specialty work will require higher "per square foot" prices.   

Upholstery prices are generally figured at $14.00 a linear foot.  For instance, an average-size sofa (7 ft) is $98.00 and a love seat (5 ft) is $70.00. Similarly, a 12-ft sectional sofa would run $168.00; a 15-ft sectional sofa $210.00; an 18-ft sectional sofa $252.00.  Prices include all fabric including seat cushions, but exclude any loose back cushions or throw pillows.  Upholstered "easy chairs" run about $50.00.  Dining room chair seats will cost about $15.00 each.  There may be an additional charge for "special care" fabrics. 

Genuine 3-M Scotchgard(TM) protection for carpeting will cost about as much as cleaning; upholstery, about half the cost of the cleaning. 

Flood Restoration:  Extraction of standing water due to flooding from sources other than septic or sewer costs $150.00 for each half hour with our specially designed truck-mounted extraction equipment.  We also rent commercial-size dehumidifiers with automatic pump out and powerful air movers to quick-dry carpet and padding.
